Last but Not Least

Welcome Don, Cody, Alex and Bob. Our last group of the year, and you guessed it they were from Alberta. No strangers to the north coast it was great that Don chose the Thunder for a fishing adventure. With a nice afternoon to start we set out and wetted the lines with some afternoon halibut fishing. Fish on! as we boated five nice ones on the first sport. With a nice sunset in Pearl Harbour we went to sleep anxious to hook up some big Coho in the morning. Once again the northern Coho showed up and hit the gear, some nice sized fish and some good fights. The Coho may have slowed down in numbers but not in size and at the end of the day their were  2 dozen nice fish in the cooler. The halibut fishing continued to be busy and we released many looking for the one big one. In the end we returned to Rupert from our 22nd fishing charter of the year with a nice catch and some happy anglers. Thanks for being our last group, we hope to see you again soon.
